SGS Germany GmBH

SGS Germany are focussed on the provision of verification services for the EU ETS. They have a dedicated team of experts that are currently developing and delivering baseline verification services.

To assist the core team, there are both SGS staff and sub-contractors with official qualifications as EU ETS Verification Experts (accredited by the German Authorities), technical expertise and professional qualifications in EMAS, ISO 14001.

SGS has 29 offices all over Germany and provides a wide range of services to many clients that are captured under the EU ETS. To date, SGS Germany has been active with participants the sectors or energy activities, production and processing of ferrous metals and mineral industry. In the near future we expect to start working with other sectors including pulp and paper.
