Complaints, Disputes and Appeals:
If you have cause to complain regarding any aspect of our SGS Climate Change Services, the complaint shall be made in writing, without delay, and addressed to the UK Operations Supervisor, Climate Change Programme, SGS House, 217-221 London Road, Camberley GU15 3EY, UK. If the complaint is made against the UK Operations Supervisor, the letter of complaint shall be addressed to the Managing Director of SGS United Kingdom Limited, Rossmore Business Park, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 3EN, United Kingdom.

You may also submit a copy of your complaint electronically (address your email to the attention of the UK Operations Supervisor, Climate Change Programme; or to the Managing Director if the complaint is made against the UK Operations Supervisor);

The receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged and you will be notified of whom is handling your complaint. You will receive a response and information on action initiated within 30 days of receipt of your complaint.

The Business Manager (Environmental Services), or an appointed individual, is responsible for investigating and responding to complaint, appeal, & dispute issues. Complaints, or disputes, against the Business Manager are processed in the same way, but may be addressed by the Technical Manager and/or SGS UK Accreditation Manager where necessary.

The Business Manager (Environmental Services) or an appointed individual will notify the client, in writing, of the result of the complaint/dispute and actions taken to prevent recurrence of any complaint.

If you have cause to complain regarding the handling of your complaint, your complaint shall be addressed to the Managing Director of SGS United Kingdom Limited, Rossmore Business Park, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 3EN, United Kingdom.
